This is an easy recipe you can make for any meal!

Marinade for 5 Pieces of chicken thigh

  • Oyster sauce (3 tablespoons)
  • Soy sauce (2 tablespoons)
  • Onion powder (1 teaspoon)
  • Garlic powder (1 teaspoon)

To fry:

I used a 50/50 mix of tapioca flour and potato starch. Pouring oil into a deep pan, when on high heat, you can drop some flour mix to see if its hot enough as you don’t want to put the chicken in when the oil isn’t hot. Ideally when you put the chicken in it should have an immediate fry effect.

Red curry sauce

  • 1 tablespoon red curry paste
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 300 ml coconut cream/milk

All you need to do is:

  • add oil to pan
  • Add red curry paste and lightly stir to heat up aromatics
  • Add coconut cream
  • Add brown sugar and stir

Coconut milk can be used instead to get a more wet consistency as cream is a bit thicker (which i prefer)
